Thanks Visit To The Staff Who Saved Her Dog…

Metro staff rescued the dog, whose paw was trapped in the escalator at Kadikoy metro station. The owner of the dog, Fatma Kamuran Koc, visited the station attendants with her dog.
A dog's paw was trapped on the escalator while it was traveling with its owner on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Kadikoy Station of M4 Kadikoy - Tavsantepe Metro Line. Thereupon, Metro Istanbul staff at the station intervened immediately. Officers, who closed the walking staircase and removed the dog's paw from where it was stuck by using a reverse command on the escalator, passenger Fatma Kamuran Koc and the officers who took the dog to the passenger operating room and dressed the dog's wounded paw.

The dog's health is good...

On Monday, February 10, 2020, Fatma Kamuran Koc came to Kadikoy Station with her dog and she thanked to Station Supervisor Cihan Dinc, Security Officers Giger Celebi, Mehmet Kaya and Mustafa Kilic. Meeting with M4 Operations Chief Hamza Karahan on the phone, Koc expressed her satisfaction with the assistance of Metro Istanbul employees, stating that her dog is in good health.
