Smoothness and strength of railway superstructure is an absolute must for safe and comfortable operations in railway systems. It is an indispensable task to monitor the condition of tracks, switches, rail fasteners, and bearing layers through periodical checks and measurements, and eliminate the identified defects according to a plan on a priority basis. Maintenance, repair and rehabilitation activities are performed in line with national/international standards.

It is likewise important to have fully accessible and comfortable stations for every passenger. To this end, the company also carries out periodical works on maintenance, repair and rehabilitation of the structures in stations as well as electromechanical systems (escalators, elevators, ventilation, drainage system etc.). In order to meet the ever-growing passenger demand and improve comfort, we also undertake revision and renovation tasks in the stations.

In addition to all this, we also perform construction of depot sites, workshops, offices and warehouse buildings needed for operations and maintenance tasks. For smooth functioning of rolling stock and systems, it is essential to have maintenance facilities at proper location and of sufficient capacity.
