Metro İstanbul Competes With World Metros

Dear passengers,

Comet is an international metro companies benchmarking organisation and organises Customer Satisfaction Survey annually to measure the satisfaction levels in the cities served by the world's metros.

Comet measures the performance of member metro companies throughout the year, using data collected directly from the metros using different criteria. The customer satisfaction level of the metros is compiled by directly asking the passengers who receive metro service in Istanbul. This survey is carried out simultaneously by metros all over the world, including Istanbul.

By comparing our survey results with Comet member metro companies, we will try to provide you with a better service by obtaining new information.

The survey can be completed in 3-5 minutes on average. The information and answers you provide while completing the survey will be kept confidential and will not be used for any other purpose.
