Immediate Treatment To Sick Street Dog By Metro Istanbul Teams

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Metro Istanbul teams treated the street dog who fell sick at the entrance of Istanbul Technical University Ayazaga Metro Station.
Security cameras spotted a dog lying outside the entrance of Rectorate of Istanbul Technical University at Ayazaga Station of M2 Yenikapi-Haciosman Metro Line in the past few days. Teams noticed that the dog could not get back up because of exhaustion and reported to Sariyer Municipality Veterinary Unit immediately.

Good News after 3 days of treatment…
Veterinary unit reverted to the scene in a short while and Metro Istanbul staff facilitated the unit’s job and let their vehicle inside the station so veterinary unit could treat the dog. Unit noticed that the dog was so exhausted and carried the dog away from the station so it could be treated. In the meanwhile 2 sensitive citizens gave their contact information to the veterinary unit so they could get information about the dog’s conditions. After 3 days of medical observation and treatment the dog became well and with the company of voluntary citizens it was delivered to the place where it was taken.
