Metro İstanbul United The Disabled Passenger With His Family
A disabled passenger at metro station alerted Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) staff and they contacted disabled passenger’s son. IMM staff found out that %50 impaired passenger has gone missing for 4 days and later on they united the disabled passenger with his family.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) united a disabled passenger with his family. The incident took place at Ayrilik Cesmesi Station of M4 Kadikoy-Tavsantepe Metro Line in 8th October 2019 Tuesday.
Security staff got suspicious with the troubled behaviour of a passenger and communicated with him and they found out that the passenger is disabled and his name is Cengiz Karabacak. It was seen that the disabled passenger has speaking difficulty and had a card that shows that he is %50 impaired. The security staff accompanied the passenger to station directorship to take care of the situation and then contacted his son.
HE IS GONE MISSING FOR 4 DAYS…
Son of the disabled passenger Ramazan Karabacak who is residing at the city of Aksaray informed the Social Services Directorate and police authorities that his father is gone missing for 4 days. Then police team informed that Cengiz Karabacak has no criminal history and he was not searched by security forces.
Private Security Staff Giger Celebi who works at Ayrilik Cesmesi Station accompanied the disabled passenger to the coach station at Dudullu district. Giger Celebi purchased a ticket for the passenger so he could go back to his home.
Cengiz Karabacak was entrusted to his neighbours who are going to Aksaray with the same bus. Passenger’s son called Giger Celebi and informed her that his father is back home safe and sound and he has been grateful to her for taking care of his father.
