Customer Satisfaction Survey 2020

An international and simultaneous Customer Satisfaction Survey begins with the participation of 38 metro operators worldwide. With the surveys conducted under the leadership of Nova & Comet organisation, the customer satisfaction rates of metro companies from various countries of the world are compared. You are going to help us shape the improvements we will make in our service quality with the answers you give at the questionnaire where you can participate between 9 March and 5 April 2020.
