Two Rewards for Metro Istanbul!

Metro İstanbul got the 1st place in “Digital Transformation of the Year Award” with “Business Transformation Quality Awards” categories.
End to end installation of Corporate Asset Management System that is composed of 2 phase integrated structure is started as of January 2017. As of January 1st of 2018, within the context of Phase 1 ,Financial, Logistical, Human Resources, Document Management, Business Intelligence and Phase 1 related integrations got into live use Mobile, Offline/Maintenance Management and Project Management being in the first place. Additional functions such as SAP Fiori Mobile Applications, Consolidation Of Budget, Profitability Management, Quality Management, Tabulation, Supplier Interaction, Accident and Event Management, Project Demand Management, Cloud Based Training and Performance Management that are within the context of 2nd Phase and completed Phase 1 Modules that simplify Process Management for end users were gained by Metro Istanbul as of 1st of October 2018.

The most comprehensive Corporate Asset Management System of our country that establishes human independent Organisational Memory on a single backbone system that is integrated to all of the requirements that are needed in SAP S4/HANA infrastructure with all of the required integrations within the context of Metro Istanbul’s main activities such as Business Management, Maintenance Management, Engineering and Consultancy services was established in Metro İstanbul.
We would like to thank to all of our esteemed Project Group members, Process Owners, Key Users and Consultants that contributed to the success of this great Transformation Project in such a short time such as 21 months. With their valuable efforts, this project got the Best Corporate Transformation Award in 2018 SAP Quality Awards.

We are going to participate in Regional Quality Awards

We were entitled to participate in Regional SAP Quality Awards (All of Europe, Middle East and Africa) as the Golden Winner of Turkey. Regional winners are going to be determined and selected among all the Golden Winners of Business Transformation Project, after the auditions that are going to start after January 2019. Regional competition juries are selected from different countries and are required to have high level experience in IT Applications and Excellency in IT Project Quality Management.
