A Rule of Good Manners Lesson from the Children…

Secondary school students organised an awareness event at Mecidiyekoy Metro Station to draw attention to public transportation rules. Students organised a theatrical competition to get into the metro in a fastest possible way and then they distributed banners and brochures to remind the good manners.

Students of Selahaddin Eyyubi Secondary School at Sisli district brought in something new with the entertaining awareness event within the context of the “Asla Vazgecmeyenler (Those Who Never Give Up)” project they run.

Students organised a theatrical competition called “2019 the person who got into the metro in quickest time” at Mecidiyekoy Station of M2 Yenikapi-Haciosman Metro Line on 9th January Thursday to draw attention to the unnecessity of getting into the trains running.

Students representatively awarded their teachers who participated in the competition and then distributed banners and brochures they prepared. They also reminded people of Istanbul about the good manners they should follow, manners such as giving priority to the passengers that are getting off the train, giving up seats for the people that need it the most including people with disabilities, old people and pregnant women.
