Public Transport is Free on Republic Day

Dear Passengers;

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Council made a decision to provide public transport services free of charge in Istanbul during Republic Day on October 29th 2019 Tuesday. In accordance with the Council decision, rail system lines operated by Metro Istanbul are going to be free of charge.

Metro Istanbul is going to provide uninterrupted services with its 6 lines (M1A, M1B, M2, M4, M5 and M6) in between 06:00 on 28th October 2019 Monday until 29th October 2019 midnight. Our Night Metro services will be provided with 20 minutes headway.
